Subdue
Thoughts enter and leave my mind,
Slowly spinning their web,
Soft and inviting.
Some stay forever,
Nudging and evoking,
Silky yet strong.
Lingering in corners,
Springing forth,
Forced into corners.
Stinging and soothing,
Soft and sharp,
Lingering in corners.
Tears of joy,
Lost love,
Memories of time.
Colors faded,
Flowers wilted,
Dust in the corners.
